No Child Left Inside… Get Out and Get Involved

The Great Park Pursuit is Underway

In 2006, the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection initiated the No Child Left Inside program to get kids outside and active, and to learn about nature and environmental conservation.

One of the events supported by the No Child Left Inside program is the Great Park Pursuit, which is now in it’s 5th year. The event has families travelling to Connecticut’s State Parks and Forests to participate in fun and interesting activities and challenges. Registered families will receive No Child Left Inside bracelets that will allow free entrance to the events.
