Welcome Back…

The driving force behind the Mighty Kids Triathlon for many years returns for 2009.

May 15, 2009 4:01 AM - The Mighty Kids Triathlon would like to welcome back Christine Picklo. Chris was the Mighty Kids Triathlon race director from 2002 through 2007, and after a year off she returns as an assistant race director for the 2009 race.


During her tenure as the race director the Mighty Kids Triathlon grew in size and stature, and in 2006 she presided over the relocation of the race from its original location at East Lyme High School to its current location at Rocky Neck State Park. Before moving to Connecticut Chris spent 4 years as race director of a kids triathlon sponsored by her triathlon club in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
